Wear whatever is comfortable. During your massage, you will be professionally draped at all times, with only the area being worked on uncovered. If you're receiving breathwork or yoga services, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Yes. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete any remaining paperwork and discuss your goals.

During Your Massage

You should undress only to your comfort level. Many clients remove all clothing except underwear, while others leave more on. You will always be securely draped throughout the session.

Massage should never be unbearable. Some therapeutic techniques may feel intense, but you should always communicate if anything is uncomfortable so pressure can be adjusted.

Not at all. Some clients enjoy conversation, while others prefer quiet relaxation. Your session is customized to your preferences.
After Your Massage

Drink plenty of water. Avoid strenuous exercise for several hours if possible. Give your body time to rest. Follow any stretching or self-care recommendations provided.

Some clients experience mild soreness for 24–48 hours, especially after deep tissue work. This is normal and usually resolves quickly.
