REFUND POLICY

1. Use of Website

Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

3. Refunds, Transfers, Credits, and Cancellations.

  • No refunds are provided for services once rendered.

  • No refunds are provided for memberships.

  • No refunds are provided for prepaid services. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • Retail products may be returned unopened within five (5) days of purchase.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

  • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

TRANSFERS AND CREDITS

  • Eligible purchases may be converted into a service credit for future use if the appointment was not subject to a late cancellation or no-show fee.

  • Packages may be shared unless otherwise stated. Service credits may not be applied toward memberships or gift certificate purchases.

  • Membership credits expire two (2) months after issuance.

  • Packages expire at the end of the calendar year unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase

4. Recurring Payments

Certain memberships are offered as recurring monthly subscriptions.

  • Membership payments are automatically billed on either the 1st or the 15th of the month, depending on the member's enrollment date.

  • Members must provide at least thirty (30) days' notice to cancel a membership.

  • Membership benefits, credits, and services remain subject to the membership terms in effect at the time of enrollment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Dreaming Lotus Massage LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Written materials

  • Class content

  • Downloads

  • Worksheets

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Website content

  • Educational materials

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, and health concerns prior to receiving services and for informing the Company of any changes in their health status.

All massage therapy, bodywork, breathwork, yoga, and wellness services are therapeutic and professional in nature. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services

7. Client Responsibility and Results

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, participation, and outcomes.

Individual experiences and results vary. While we strive to provide high-quality services and support, Dreaming Lotus Massage LLC does not guarantee any specific physical, emotional, financial, personal, or wellness-related results.
